In 1975, at just 12 years old, Troy Justice began working alongside his father in the dirt business, operating a 1953 Ford Jubilee tractor. Together with his dad and brother, he helped lay the foundation of a family legacy built on hard work, dedication, and a passion for the land. Troy wasn’t just moving earth—he was helping build a family legacy. What started as long days and hard work quickly grew into a passion, one that has been carried forward with pride and will continue to be passed down through each generation.

Father and son working together to pass down generational skills, expertise, knowledge, and passion for dirt work! In 2008, TJ began his journey in the dirt business, working alongside his dad—learning the trade, gaining hands-on experience, and picking up valuable techniques passed down through years of hard work. Over time, with countless hours in the seat, the machine became an extension of him. Today, TJ has mastered the art of the dirt trade, taking pride in every project and ensuring quality in every job he takes on.

Office Administrator & Operator

Tia Justice is not only the wife of TJ Justice, but also serves as our dedicated office administrator and skilled equipment operator. She balances professionalism in the office with a strong work ethic in the field — never hesitating to get her hands dirty when the job calls for it. From digging with a shovel to running a tractor, Tia takes pride in every role she fills and is an essential part of keeping our operations running smoothly.
